The Kirloskar Chillers corporate office project challenged us to be creative within the strict standards and guidelines of the company.

We focused more on the usability of the space by the employees so that it aligns with our aesthetic approach. It was our goal for the user to have connectivity between the different office spaces and a sense of privacy.

We broke the barrier of having a typical office set up by planning with a lot of visual connectivity and open planning. The materials used are of the highest level of IGBC standards with security systems and safety measures as a high priority as the site is at a remote location and the office building may house heavy machinery in the future. 

The office overlooks a beautiful view of the hills on one side and landscaped gardens on the other side.
