Kokoscoop

A brand centered around tender coconuts, as fresh as it sounds.

Space and interior design, rebranding and franchise model design for Koko Scoop, new ice-cream chain that brings you a cool snack straight from the streets of Thailand. Delicious scoops of tender coconut ice-cream freshly cut and prepared on spot. Topped with yummy tidbits. To be eaten straight out of a coconut shell and washed down with fresh coconut water!

Kokoscoop started in 2017 with a small kiosk at Magarpatta and then an outlet in Viman Nagar. Over time, there arose a need for uniform brand language and space design that compliments it.

In 2019, it opened two outlets, one next to Naturals, Viman Nagar and a kiosk at Seasons Mall, Magarpatta. We designed the interiors with direct inspiration from their Thai roots. A customised thatch-roofed street cart forms the main counter, and the walls are mounted with artworks in beachy blues and yellows. The kiosk at Seasons Mall is also designed in the shape of a street food cart, maintaining the same branding concept.
